About Steph

Heyo, I'm Steph!

I'm a Seattle-based designer at Rita Group, specializing in conversation design and AI agents.

My path to UX design started from the world of community nutrition research and marketing, where I spent 4 years learning from people's stories about their nutrition behaviors and goals and guiding them toward their ideal lifestyle. Now I leverage those skills in technical research, public speaking, and instructional design into the digital design space, crafting inclusive and intuitive user experiences.

I also host design book clubs, facilitate design crits, and organize other educational events. Currently, we're reading Articulating Design Decisions by Tom Greever and exploring impactful ways to share and collaborate on our design work.

Fun with Steph

In my free time, I like to crochet & knit my own clothes, host design book clubs, hang out by fires & sleep outside, eat yummy foods, take adult ballet classes, make silly art things, and read :^)
